Eagle Concrete Construction Inc. is a company owned and operated by its share members with more than 21 years of experience in concrete. We are committed to excellence in all aspects of our services. We have experience in concrete construction for commercial and residential projects.

OUR HISTORY
Eagle Concrete Construction Inc. was established in 2022 by Alfonso Ruiz. Alfonso was born in Mexico and at the age of 14 years old, he moved alone to the United States. This is when he realized that he needed to get an education. He had never attended school, not even first grade, and he didn’t know how to read or write in his own language. Alfonso started learning Spanish at home while attending Chemeketa to learn English. He was determined to learn both languages. He worked in the fields, forestry work, and canneries until the year 2000 when he landed in the concrete construction field.

Alfonso has been living and working in the Mid-Willamette Valley for more than 35 years. Alfonso and his family have been involved in the community for more than 20 years volunteering for nonprofit organizations coaching soccer or teaching religious education to youth groups. Their hobbies are community involvement, family gatherings, and sports.
